Before joining I-care, I worked for 19 years at Balta/Belysse in Tielt, where I progressed from production to maintenance. During that time, I held nearly every position within the department. For most of my career, I worked as a maintenance planner, responsible for the corrective and preventive maintenance of several departments. This included scheduling the weekly and weekend technicians.
In the last year and a half, I was in charge of preventive maintenance for the entire site.
At I-care, I have already worked with several customers on a variety of projects, including creating preventive maintenance plans (PM plans), conducting criticality analyses, and performing planning and scheduling. The planning and scheduling course explains how a work order should follow the correct process flow and to me, it forms the foundation for building an effective maintenance organization.
