Joachim is 39 years old, Bachelor of Electromechanics. He worked for I-care for 14 years in the Conditional Maintenance team. He was also part of the lubrication team at the Tihange nuclear power plant (Engie) during these 14 years.
For the last 1 year, he has been RCL FSA Director. His team is responsible for customer lubrication, oil analysis and continuous improvement. He is MLT and MLA certified, which means he can give certified training, and he has several lubrication plans to my credit.
