Lisette has over two decades of experience in various industrial sectors. Throughout her career, she has held various roles, including those of purchaser in the dredging world, project manager for complex maritime gearbox overhauls, maintenance process manager for the Royal Dutch Airforce.
More recently, she worked as Reliability engineer at I-care, working on maintenance improvement projects and now leads the Dutch reliability team and their customers into a sustainable future.
