Since 2016, Wouter has been actively involved in various reliability projects at Etex Building Performance (Tisselt site), including a year as interim Maintenance Manager (May 2023–June 2024). His leadership contributed to the site being awarded “Technical Team of the Year” by BEMAS. Today, Wouter primarily supports companies in optimizing their (lubrication-focused) maintenance strategies, with a strong emphasis on training, improvement projects, and conducting lubrication audits.
